Photographed by @thomaspeschak, southern rockhopper penguins navigating the rocky cliffs and crashing waves of Marion Island—one of two Prince Edward Islands off the coast of South Africa. Named for their habit of hopping rather than waddling along rugged shorelines, they are characterized by the spiky black-and-yellow feathers on their heads.
