For me, there is almost never such a thing as “good enough.”

No matter how much work I put into something, I always find mistakes. I keep telling myself: *you could do better, you didn’t do enough, this still isn’t where it should be.*

And at some point, it turns into an endless race against yourself.

You stop noticing what is happening around you. You lose the ability to properly rest, because even when you stop working, your mind keeps running. You stop seeing how far you have already come, because your attention is always fixed on the next thing you haven’t achieved yet.

Past achievements quickly become “normal.”
The next goal becomes the only thing that matters.

And the faster you run, the easier it becomes to lose your sense of reality — your time, your surroundings, the people around you, and eventually yourself.

This film is not just an abstract idea for me.

It is a real story from my life.

A reminder that sometimes the hardest race to escape is the one you created inside your own head.
