We harvested the rest of the potatoes, earlier than planned. This has been an outlier year. It was hotter and more humid than usual, which late blight to loves. All of our potatoes had blight, even Batyanya, though it withstood it the most.

So, if we had to rank them for resilience, Batyana came in first, followed by Sharvari Piroshka, and Red Star. And as far as flavor, Batyana is far superior too. It makes for a great purée.
