Four years ago, I was 23
Back then, training was a regular part of my life
But over time, I started slacking off and became less consistent
Now, I’m going through the longest break I’ve ever had from training seven weeks because of an injury
It’s made me realize how much I took being able to train for granted
The moment I’m cleared to come back, I’ll appreciate every single workout
And this time, I’m not just coming back - I’m coming back stronger than ever

I’m in a post-workout pump, holding the Vietnamese flag 🇻🇳
It felt like I was hitting my prime, but I recently dislocated my shoulder
It’s unclear when I’ll be able to return to training
Surgery might be required
But whatever how long it takes, I’ll come back stronger
