I can write an essay about this project “one album-one painting”
But shortly, that was an awesome journey!

In 2025 I decided to make one work based on one album and called it listening/painting sessions. The choice of an album was obvious for me,

Listening and painting always brings you to different dimensions and places but listening to one album and painting one work will immerse you into the world full of details. In each listening session I heard something new in the compositions, something I didn’t pay attention to before.

For me this character came from different references..the biggest one of course from album cover, also from Skyrim, Dark Souls and sci-fi, fantasy movies.
But who he really is?..

From the first look it can be said that he is evil, because of the alien skull mask and gloomy atmosphere. But look closely and you’ll see that his eyes are smiling, his hands are in a gratitude, praying gesture.. There is no light without darkness.
